Customers have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving their order to request a return.

Hair products that have been worn, cut, washed, dyed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Hair removed from its original packaging

Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
4. RETURN PROCESS

Contact us within 14 days of receiving an item via email or phone/WhatsApp

Items must be returned within 14 days of referral
5. REFUNDS

Once returns are received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Original delivery charges are non-refundable
