14-DAYS RETURN POLICY


1. RETURN WINDOW

Customers have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving their order to request a return.


2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging (including tags, nets, and bags).

  • Hair products that have been worn, cut, washed, dyed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Hair removed from its original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”


4. RETURN PROCESS

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving an item via email or phone/WhatsApp

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of referral


5. REFUNDS

  • Once returns are received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable


6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Recommended to use a tracked service when returning

  • You may request a replacement, repair, or full refund


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a resolution.
